To all our amazing clients, we have missed you and we are so excited to be seeing you again! Please read the following updates to our health & safety policies during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We ask that you please abide by our new procedures and if you are unable to, to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Additionally, if you are considered to be "at-risk" or immunocompromised, we ask that you consider rescheduling to a later date or assume all risks associated.

In accordance with the guidelines that have been set for Salons and Spas by the Central District Health and Southwest District Health, as well as the Idaho Rebounds Protocols we ask that you:

•Please wear a face mask or cloth face covering prior to entering the building
•Sanitize hands upon entrance and when leaving
•Allow us to take your temperature at entrance with a no contact thermometer (anyone with a temperature above 99.8 will be asked to reschedule)
•Please do not bring any additional people with you to your appointment
•Please leave all personal belongings in car, except what can be carried on your person (no coats/vests, gloves, hats, purses, etc.)
•Please wait in car until your appointment time to minimize number of persons in waiting or checkout area. We will call or text you when we are ready for you to come in
•Minimize contact at checkout by keeping a credit card on file (not required, but suggested)
•Please do not touch retail products unless you intend to purchase the product (no product returns are allowed)
•Sign digital River Run Liability Form - sent out via text or email - for all new and existing clients (if you have not received or are having trouble filling it out, please let us know)
•Fill out digital client intake forms for new clients only - Sent out via text or email (will need to fill out intake forms and liability form)

Please also note we have had to make changes to some treatments and to our treatment rooms at this time. We will not be shaking hands, cloth chairs will be covered with plastic, no cloth baskets in any of the treatment rooms, and we will not be offering same room couples services at this time. Please be patient with us as we work on navigating this new "normal."

IF YOU CAN ANSWER YES TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS YOU MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

•Have you, or any persons in your household, experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days - including but not limited to - fever, dry cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, difficulty of breathing, loss of taste/smell?
•Have you been in contact with anyone who has exhibited any of the above symptoms in the last 14 days?
•Have you, or anyone you've been in contact with, received a positive COVID-19 test in the last 14 days?
•Have you traveled outside of the country or to any known COVID-19 "hot spots" in the last 30 days?

Not only are we asking our clients to abide by these new guidelines, but our staff will also be abiding by the new guidelines. We have also enhanced our normal cleaning and sanitization protocols to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
